Kiley C. Smith
Kiley Smith was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2024. She received her B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2021 and her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2024 from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Smith served as a Research Assistant for Professor Eang Ngov and was a Dean’s Study Fellow for Evidence and Constitutional Law. Ms. Smith served as Research & Technical Editor of Barry’s Law Review. She also earned book awards in Criminal Procedure and Trial Advocacy.

OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

While in law school, Ms. Smith served as an intern to the Honorable Judge Bronwyn C. Miller, in the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the Public Defender, Ninth Judicial Circuit.
