David R. Jadon
Senior Associate
David Jadon is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Jadon received his B.S. in Political Science and History in 2013 from the Florida State University and his J.D., cum laude, in 2018 from the University of Florida.

OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

Mr. Jadon focuses his practice in Section 1983, civil rights claims, and other civil rights liability. Mr. Jadon has experience trying civil rights cases in Florida’s state and federal courts, as well as appeals to the Eleventh Circuit. He also has experience litigating claims involving bodily injury and amusement park liability. While in law school, Mr. Jadon was a member of the University of Florida’s Moot Court and Trial Team, and clerked for several non-profits where he gained significant experience on First Amendment and other constitutional claims.

Mr. Jadon is admitted to the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Jadon received his B.S. in Political Science and History in 2013 from the Florida State University and his J.D., cum laude, in 2018 from the University of Florida.  He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and the Federalist Society.
