OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE
Mr. Roth’s civil litigation defense practice includes the representation of clients in personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, governmental liability, civil rights and employment, in addition to insurance coverage and appellate practice. Mr. Roth’s ability to quickly analyze and evaluate cases has yielded prompt and favorable results for his clients.
Mr. Roth brings the experience of having been both a plaintiff’s lawyer and a defense attorney. Before joining Roper, Townsend & Sutphen, Mr. Roth served as the managing litigation attorney for a plaintiff’s personal injury firm, as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier and was a partner at a national insurance defense firm.
Mr. Roth is also proficient in French, which he utilizes to communicate and achieve resolutions with international clients and contacts.
