Eric Arckey was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Arckey received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2008 from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate in 2012 from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

Mr. Arckey’s civil litigation experience involves representation of bodily injury, wrongful death, and casualty suits. While in law school, Mr. Arckey served as the Student Body President, coordinated and participated in mock trial teams, and received numerous service awards. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Florida’s largest auto-insurer as an attorney with their staff counsel.  Additionally, Mr. Arckey has experience in handling Personal Injury matters, Workers’ Compensation matters, and served as a State Prosecutor in Orange County, handling all types of criminal matters, which included time in the specialized Sex Crimes Unit
